1. Why do we use sms instead of e-mail to make orders?
We know that a lot of blog shop out there uses email to make orders. But we definitely understand that customers would like it fast and easy. Sms is certainly one of the fastest way to make your orders and communicate.
2. Is sms safe for making order of products?
We will reply your order by replying you a confirmation message. We will also send you the bank account number for transaction to be made.
3. How long will it take for the products to be delivered?
The delivery process will be made in 3 working days excluding Sunday. We guarantee you delivery in 3 days unless stated.
4. How does the delivery system works?
The system is the same like what you would experience with Pos Malaysia or any other postage service. The only difference is we deliver your products straight to you or your friends house without you having to go to the post office.
5. What if I did not receive the product I purchased?
We will fully refund the amount you paid if the product does not reach you or your friend and we sincerely apologize if any uncertainty take place. However, we are not responsible for any damage of products.
